      After applying, I received a detailed email outlining the entire process: 'homework' of 24 questions to complete and a Thomas International pyschometric assessment that have to be passed. if i was fortunate enough to pass these, there would be two rounds of in person interviews, I had not had an in depth conversation with anyone about the role and therefore knew nothing of the expectations/team size, structure and scope etc beyond the job description

      Experience in the Talent Field: Describe improvements you’ve led in talent attraction processes and tooling. What project or piece of work have you driven that was born from data insights? What type of data dashboards and analytic tools have you used? Do you have any experience in statistical analysis? If so, please explain your experience? Describe your experience of global talent selection, and in particular, behavioural interviews and assessments (tools, assessments, processes etc). What employer branding projects have you worked on? What DEI initiatives have you worked on? What do you believe is important when assessing talent for a truly distributed remote first Global business? Please describe any experience you have of speaking publicly on the topic of talent (internal webinars, external events etc). Which companies set the pace for global, digital talent selection and what do you like about their approaches? Please tell us what you find most interesting about this position. Management & Leadership Experience: Please outline your experience of managing a team (size, experience, focus of team). Describe your experience of stakeholder management and development. Please outline an example of where you have driven career development for a team member. Please explain how you manage deliverables of a team and plan for success? Education: In this section we are looking to understand your 'early years' and an honest account of where you excelled amongst your peer group. In high school, how did you rank competitively in maths and hard sciences? Which was your strongest? In high school, how did you rank competitively in languages and the arts? Which was your strongest? Please state your graduation results or university entrance results, along with the system used, and how to understand those. For example, in the US, you might give your SAT or ACT scores. In Germany, you might give your scores 1-5. What sort of high school student were you? Outside of class, what were your interests and hobbies? What would your high school peers remember you for, if we asked them? Which university and degree did you choose? What others did you consider, and why did you select that one? At university, did you do particularly well in any area of your degree? Overall, what was your degree result and how did that reflect on your ability? In high school and university, what did you achieve that was exceptional?       Entretien

      Many stages: initial questions, written interview, psychometric tests, early stage face to face, talent, late stage face to face and some check-ins and preparation in between. In saying that, I expected a technical assignment but did not have one.
