8 stages for a non c suite role seemed really outrageous, and I highlighted the company culture negatively from the start and some of the stages seemed irrelevant for the role.
Complicated process with many steps, too many interviews, it seems one must be liked by the whole company to be a good candidate. You also have to answer an initial essay to their questions which could be many questions.

Muy largo y tedioso. Al final te piden algo que pueden ser 3 o 4 horas de tu vida para filtrar pero el feedback que te dan es bastante random. Porque lo revisa otra persona y no la que te hace la entrevista
it was ok, essay, recruiter call, 5 interviews and 2 hacker rank assesments. not biased but felt like interviewer was reading off a word doc 0 emotion. other than that i dont know what the hacker rank was for.. completely unrelated enginering questions than the job description of course.
