Too many questions and interviews (7+ across 4 months), apparently no communication between different interviewers as they kept asking the same questions (I even had multiple interviews for the exact same topic since I was in a general track).

I applied online and received an email from the hiring manager. They asked me to write a document like an essay answering a series of questions, it ended up being 6 pages long. After sending the document, I received a technical test to solve at home. I solved it successfully and sent it. Finally, I received a "psychometric" test where you have to choose between some words and numbers in a series of exercises. It is really just an intelligence test like the ones some companies used to do ages ago. This is the first time any company has asked me to do something like this. After finishing all of these tasks over the span of around three weeks, I received an email telling me that they would not proceed with me without any other feedback. I have asked for more information but I haven't received any further emails.

There was this very long essay that was required which I don’t think it is very relevant to the job that I was applying for. There’s also this personality test before the take home technical interview.
