After the initial screen, they will send you a list of questions and require you to answer all of them. This essay took me about two days to finish it. After you complet your essay, they require you to do PPA/GIA test. I was rejected after PPA/GIA tests. I got an offer from one of the FAANG but don't exactly know why I fail at Canonical. The interview process is tough and long.

Talk about a long and esoteric process. Don’t bother unless you’re comfortable spending hours answering questions about how well you did in high school and can mentally rotate letters in a psychoanalysis timed test. Didn’t get to talk to a human. 5 hours of wasted time

I don't know who created this but so far is the worst interview process I've seen.
The first screening is done with a long written assessment and a non-sense test, then you get a technical task, also quite long, and after you don't hear from hiring manager for more than a month.
I've dropped out and I had still the rounds of interviews to be done.
