It was online. First they select you for the written interview, which is very detailed and consists of 4 areas: education, why you like FED and 2 more that are more technical.
Their communication is ver professional and they reply quickly.
This interview process was the worst I have ever experienced. I participated in 6 different interviews over 5 months. During the last interview, the interviewer then told me that at that point, they would determine if I was qualified to even apply for a position at their company. The whole time I had been under the impression I already had applied for a position. I received a rejection email less than 30 minutes after I completed that final interview.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Several interviews over many topics, including every single piece of experience you could possibly have, including high school GPA and activities. Also focused interviews over things such as front end tools, Linux, etc.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Canonical (Dublin, Dublin) en juin 2024
Entretien
First given an written interview before even speaking to an interviewer, full of pointless questions such as "What sort of high school student were you?" and " What would your high school peers remember you for?". Written exercise was nearly 6 pages long even when leaving some of the questions out.
Secondly was a series of multiple choice questions along with a not too hard coding test.
I was then rejected from the interview, given no real reason and never talking to a single person.
Waste of time.

What sort of high school student were you? Outside of class, what were your interests and hobbies? What would your high school peers remember you for?

Entretien
1)Essay Type Interview where you have to fill out an extremely long survey.
2) Online assessment with JavaScript theory questions and one coding question
3) 3-1 hour long interviews with interviews about Web Development, Teamwork skills, and Linux fundamentals
The weird part is they ask the same questions for every level out of a predetermined list, so even if you are applying as a new grad they expect you to answer Senior Level Linux Questions with threw me off. Proceed at your own risk.
