The interview process is too long and convoluted.
It consists of several interviews, with some tasks in between; some questions are, for lack of a better word, straight up weird, such as "what were you like in high school".
There's clearly an elitist mind set behind these interview which just weed out a lot of good professionals because those don't need to do that many rounds of interviews.
Had to do the essay and aptitude test. Got rejected after. Was not even considered for the position. Not a good experience. the manager just clicked me away on the service they have without even reviewing my application. Feels like a waste of time, considering how long the process is

it was a very long interview process, they ask you to do an essay and several technical interviews with several members of the staff, the processes last about 30 days and you are not sure if they really want to fill the vacancies.
