The process can take 2-3 months which can be lengthy for some candidates, but it is understandable as the company is very selective and hires and works on fully remote basis. The written interview is extensive, but on the other hand it helps you prepare for all the upcoming calls with your potential future peers and managers. I still think the process can be a bit more effective, but in general, I am happy I went through it and accepted the offer.

Possibly the longest, and at certain times bordering on ridiculous process. Entire process took 6 months, with many assignments and presentations and speaking too many different people. Some interviewers were professional while some were not well prepared. Even had a no show for one of the interviews. Final round came with hiring manager promising to come back within a week but as usual it took more than a month before they replied negatively and stating that my package was too high (altho they knew my package probably at round 4 which took place more than 3 months ago).
