The first step starts with the written assessment (just google it to learn more). After that, I was called for a first round of three interviews (with a junior and a senior in the same role I've applied for and a technical interview). After that, I had a meeting with HR for the behavioural test and to share my salary expectations. I made it to the second round, where I was asked to do a role play and a case study with two seniors, then meeting with a director and later with the hiring lead/manager. After that, if I passed, I was supposed to have a last interview with the CEO. Unfortunately, once I met the hiring lead I found out the compensation they were proposing was 50% below my expectations. I was quite disappointed, since I assumed that sharing my expectations beforhand should help avoid such situations.

Since your current and previous experience is different than this role, convince me you are a good fit for this position.
