First thing, the application through their website is one of these long applications with many questions, which include questions about high school results.
Then they send you a list of approximately 15 questions (or more) to do a sort of essay, this is not even the early stage of the process, they call it "assessment" or something like that. It will take a long time to answer all this questions (they give you 2 weeks to turn this in, so you can imagine how long it is).
I would advise to do it only if you really really want to work with this company, because if you don't advance to the next stage, you would have invested a good amount of hours answering these questions to receive a generic email telling you you're not moving to the next stage, no call, no feedback on your essay.
Is really not a good candidate experience.
