J'ai passé un entretien chez Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (Chalk River, ON)
Entretien
Hiring manager and another member of the team, virtual (MS Teams). The classic "tell me about yourself" was asked, followed by questions about my resume and past experiences. A few technical questions about the role followed. No word on rejection or if I was a successful candidate at this time.

Entretien
Two phone interviews, no need to meet in person or drive up to the Chalk River Site for an in-person interview. Just the hiring manager with a few questions and a handful of candidates. Very standard interview process - no trick questions or surprises.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Canadian Nuclear Laboratories
Entretien
Applied online, maybe 3 - 4 weeks later I received a phone call from an engineer working at the department. Set up a phone interview a few days later, very simple questions. Mostly behavioral and I was asked about my previous leadership experience. They didn't care about my work experience, more about leadership roles.
After being selected, they required two references that have known me for over 5 years for the background check. The background check took another 3 weeks before receiving the offer letter.
