Have had both in-person and remote interviews (because of Covid). Interviews are with a minimum of 2 people, usually a supervisor and someone from HR. Usually about 1 hour long, several questions requiring STAR method answers. Not too hard, theyre open to questions themselves at the end and try to answer everything you ask.

Smooth and simple, typical interview questions which ask how you demonstrate leadership, initiative, problem solving, etc. Will ask about previous work experience and physical capabilities as well. Answer confidently and you will do well.
