2 rounds of interview. First phone interview followed by a meeting with the direct supervisor. Phone interview is more about behavior questions, and the second interview is more about the specific scenarios.

Write a letter about why your experiences suit this position. Simple Skype Interview(30 min) asking basic interview questions. Written Assignment (3 hour deadline). Face to face interview (30min) with regional manager asking situational questions how to solve specific questions.

Entretien
invite to inteirvew over skype followed by a writing evaluation with only 24 hours to complete. If passed this stage they recently make you complete a Kolbe Index Asessment then you go on to an in person inteirvew.
