J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Camunda (Berlin) en oct. 2022
Entretien
I applied online. The process took about 4 weeks. The interview was split into 4 Rounds and I progressed to the final stage. The final stage is split into 3 meetings which one of them, is a 1-hour meeting called the Whiteboard Session (Architectural Design) which the expectations were really wage without additional information. They just reject me with the result of this 1-hour meeting (not holding the rest of it) after very positive feedback on the code challenge and a 1:30-hour pair programming session. 1. HR (30 min): Get to know each other, questions related to languages, past experiences, salary expectations, etc. pretty standard. 2. Send you a code challenge 3. Pair Programming (1:30 hour): It's basically a pair programming session with engineers where you get an assignment and have to implement it in a short time. 4. Role Play (45 min ~ 1 hour): this session was a role play with the Hiring Manager where you get into a day-to-day setting. This is pretty unstructured and completely freestyle. 5. Final Stage (2:30 hour): The final stage is split into 3 meetings (Whiteboard Session + Cultural Fit + Meet the team).
