4 rounds, plus 2 assessment tests, final round was 4 hours and a 20 minute presentation in their office during COVID. For a company that continues to mention how safety is so important to them, I would be terrified to see how safety is handled in their kitchens. As part of the final interview, I was invited by HR to have lunch with the President and Vice-President. I kindly declined because I live with relatives who fall into a high risk demographic and consulted a medical professional who said it was not a good idea. Then during the interview the President of the company and Vice President of the company met with me outside (safer than inside but not COVID-proof) and didn't follow social distancing guidelines. To top it off the President asked me again why I declined the lunch invite. There are no temperature checks or questionaires when arriving into their office, a measure that many workplaces have implimented during the pandemic. There is obvisouly a reason the Exec Team works for Campus Cooks and not a large food service provider.
