      Detailed interview process but happened quick. Met with many different people but interviews were all relevant. Each interviewer seemed to focus on a different subject or set of skills during their time.

      CampMinder was very communicative, transparent and professional during the entire process, from the emails to the actual interviews. They also kept to their stated timeline and were friendly -- clearly a company that is true to their stated values.

      Question 1

      In the initial interview (30 min on the phone), the questions were relatively standard interview questions, about why I was interested in the work, relevant work experience; also spent time describing their work and philosophy and the role itself. The 2nd interview was 1 hour (or even a bit longer) via video chat with 3 employees. This was much more extensive, asking questions that required more critical thinking; the goal of these questions (I believe) was to help them understand my thought process and who I am as a person, to see if I would be a good fit for the role.

      There was a phone interview that took about 30 minutes. A week went by, I sent a follow-up email asking for an update and got a response asking me for an in-person interview. I went there and they showed me around the office and then I sat down with two account managers. The interview was almost two hours and the questions ranged across many different topics. It seemed like they were just trying to understand you as a whole person, not just for this one role. Then I spent 30 minutes shadowing someone in the role that I was applying for. So over all, the interview was more than two hours long. They told me they would get back to me in the next two weeks, then I got a follow-up email saying that they would let me know in two days. However, it still took a week and a half for them to email me back to me to tell me I didn't get the job. However, I emailed asking for feedback on my interview since I thought it went well, and they were very open and gave me some good constructive criticism.

      It's great to hear your experience was positive overall! It sounds like we could've been more clear about our expected timeline and done a better job of following through within that timeline.
