Interviewed with the assistant sales manager about what to expect from the company and touched on a few of my past jobs. He brought in the General Manager and they hired me on the spot.

Meet with 3 people - Business Development, Sales Manager, General Manager. Each has their own perspective and types of questions. Teamwork is very much emphasized. Training is highly mentioned. Possibility of very decent income.

Entretien
It was more of a "meet the boss" time. He was so desperate to hire salespeople that he didn't really interview me. Sales Turnover was rampant. I saw all but one guy leave during my 15 months. The training program is non-existent. When you approach the sales desk they act like you're interrupting the games on their phone. It took an act of god to get one of them to actually help you close a sale.
