Applied online, followed up with several phone calls to the (then) manager. Brought me in for an interview. Everyone I met seemed very nice, the place was neat and clean and bright. The interview was easy enough, just mainly telling me about the job and asking me about my experience and how I got to the point I was in my life.

Very casual conversation. Look for coachable people who are willing to learn. High energy and fun is what they want in the workplace. Have some knowledge on RV's since that is what you will be selling.

Not much of a process. Interview took 10 minutes and it seemed like they'd hire anyone as long as they seemed normal. Not much vetting at all. Anyone can get this job.

Super easy interview, just asked a handful of questions. They will give you the job on the spot if you have any sales experience. You will either know by the end of the interview or they will reach back out. Super basic interview questions nothing too crazy
