J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Campaign Monitor (Sydney) en juil. 2017
Entretien
I applied by clicking a banner ad on LinkedIn. Later I was contacted via an email and offered to do a coding test. The test wasn't particularly complicated, but required considerable time to implement what was required. On top of that since languages were not fixed I decided to challenge myself and use a bunch of technologies I wanted to try out (TypeScript for a example).
Overall it took me around a week of whole evenings to finish the task. I sent HR lady the link to github. I was confident I did fantastic job and expected an interview invite. A week later I was rejected with (what looked like a template message) saying we know it takes a long time to do this assignment and we appreciate the effort. I checked the github traffic and I saw the task was not event downloaded and merely couple of code file were looked at. So people from the Campaign Monitor did not even bother to download and run the code on local machine to test it.
Truly disappointing experience.
