Interviewing at Campagna Academy has been enjoyable. The process of being qualified for an interview was relatively quick but there's definitely key steps that takes place. 1. Resume is reviewed 2. An 1hr 45 min test is taken (it wasn't extremely difficult and you must pass in order to continue on to an interview) 3. Staff from the department will then interview you (most likely from the department you will work in) The interview took place 2 business days after passing the test 4. According to experience and/or education, you will be placed accordingly. If offered the job, on boarding documents needed to complete the process included physical exam, drug screening, etc

Entretien
Easy Assessment. You have to watch a video that lasts a little over an hour. Features different what-if scenarios, and you respond with how you would address different altercations and or misbehavior. Also have to access personality/behavior of the children featured in video.

Entretien
I was emailed about coming for an interview that also involved an impact time. I have quickly RSVP for my timing and came in a few days later. The test was some what easy. then the interview was followed after. It was pretty straight forward and they asked what my experience was with youth care.
