First there was a phone interview with the then Development Director. She was very interested in my passions and how they aligned with the organization's mission to provide technology education to underserved youth. The in-person interview was at their center in the Bronx which is located in the basement of a residential apartment building. There are virtually no windows and it was very stuffy.
