Spoke with local CEO then a hour long technical interview. The interview was structured into two main parts: an initial chat and a live coding challenge. The interviewers introduced themselves and gave a brief overview of their roles at the company. They asked me to introduce myself, talk about my background, and highlight a recent project I was proud of. I was asked to solve a problem involving string manipulation. Specifically, I had to write a function to determine if two strings are anagrams of each other. We used an online collaborative coding platform where I could write and test my code in real-time.

Classic 3-step interview for a tech company: screening call, coding puzzle, and a full day at the office. Extremely competent and friendly interviewers, very relaxed atmosphere. Interview was challenging but fair.
