There was an initial phone screening before a virtual interview with a panel. They asked me about my previous experiences working within human services, what I was hoping to learn, future career goals, how I handle crisis situations, etc.

long he takes forever and they stall forever. must consistently bug the crap out of them to get a response. they make you wait on the background clearance which takes basically a whole month.
