interviewed at a local college campus and then they brought you to their hq's and wined and dined and told you how good of an opportunity it would be and had to interview with 2 more people and do a presentation in front of a bunch of executives
Two in-person interviews, along with a 6 minute presentation on yourself to recruiters and management. Interviewers stressed the labor intensive aspect of the job as well as expectations of "on-call" job.
