Interview on campus was fairly basic and technical and about my resume. Invited for on-site interview in Houston. Very nice hotel and dinner on Thursday night. The next day is the intense day. Started with 3 back to back interviews, then had to do a presentation which they inform you about before you go to Houston. Then you take a skills test which is pretty straight forward, your basic solids/mechanics/statics questions. After lunch, you do a group exercise to learn more about the equipment and they judge how well you interact with others and how many questions you ask. Very tiring process but was very impressive and informative. Overall, this is a great company with great people. The environment is awesome to be around.

Campus Interview followed by 2nd round interview on site.
Both interviewers were very kind and not intimidating. They made it a relaxed setting where it was easy to ask questions.
They simply went over your resume and asked questions on prior experience or jobs you had on your resume.
2nd round was more technical where you actually took a test based on Mechanics of Solids information but just skimming over the basics of it.

first day was very relaxing, but beware of the next day. Do research on their products. You will be tested on basic solid problems.
