After I applied for the position of the Maintenance Technician in Houston TX (US), I had an interview on Thursday, November 3rd. One day later, on Friday, November 4th, I got the recommendation to apply officially on the Camden Property Trust website. I had to do it while exploring its activities. I found that with an amazing vision, Camden is just a perfect environment to work in. In the date of Monday, 14th, I received an e-mail for a phone interview. At the beginning, I worried to not reach the company. But the short time during which I explored the website and exchanged with recruiters communicated me the value of Company and made me so enthusiastic to join its multicultural had working team.

Applied online, waited about 3 weeks, and then decided to call in to check on the status of my application. I had a phone interview and then an in-person interview the next day. Interviewed with the Assistant Manager and Lead Technician. Interview was pretty easy going. They are all very friendly there. Questions were simple, but I'm pretty sure I didn't answer them too well. I was way too nervous. The lesson here is to always do mock interviews. It's been a while since I've had to interview, so I didn't think I'd be so anxious. Still, when I was doing my research on Camden they seem like a great company to work for, so good luck to anyone else.
