I was referred by an employee. Tech lead there wanted a face to face. 2 hours you have to stand and explain on a whiteboard. After interview questions, He told me we will have one more round of interview with a guy from the US and currently he is in a release of a board. Also after i asked what i would i do here, they told me we are designing a Project, so we are looking for an engineer who can do that and also you will get projects parallel. Never a call came back, Never a mail replied.I think their SMTP is down for so long/the release is yet to happen still. Beyond all technical stuff and other things what makes a company and a man grow is how you treat them even when they don't benefit you. With no values & Transparency knowledge takes you nowhere, Sorry Cambium ,If you had called for another round i would have said no. good, you didn't .
