Recruiter reached out to after I had submitted an application about 2 weeks ago. Phone call was thorough and serious. Scheduled a meet with manager who was engaging. Went over my experience, position, expectation until she started yawning. Talked about which other companies I can apply to. Overall, the position was giving “very demanding” and I was up to the challenge. Besides the yawning I was not pleased with lack of communication pertaining to next steps or decision made. I had to send emails to the recruiter who didn’t respond until later while the manger out right didn’t respond at all. That wasn’t professional and a bit disappointing.
