Interviewers asked more about if I could blend in and sattle down the company's culture. Also, they seemed to evaluate my character and personality more than my work capability. One of the most important evaluation items was fluency in English since we have to converse with the employees in America, and also must understand the American mortgage industry ecosystem. They all welcomed me. It was sweet and thankful.
