I was interviewed by Mr. Jeff Boland. He is a great manager to work for and I was hired after my initiial interview. We discussed my background and how I could contribute to the organization and department that I was being interviewed for and then discussed salary for the offer. I gave my salary request and it was accepted and I informed him of my decision to accept the position later during that same day.
