Two senior environmental managers in a small room. Interview approx. 30 min. A conditional job offer arrived requiring passing an occupational health exam. Another medical exam was required and passed both exams which took about 7-mo. to complete.

Entretien
I had two interviews with Caltrans. Both were 3 person panels with the direct supervisor of the position(s?) present. There was more than one job on the table and I didn't get them. I had the impression that the panel was more concerned about environmental process than work effectiveness.

Entretien
2 interviews: one in person, one phone. Interview process is smooth because there is not any specific lay out. They just want to get to know you and see your experience and see if you would be a good fit for the team. There is a written portion and a take home portion, but those are relatively simple if you have any experience.
