application, online assessment, video interview, and face to face interview. Face to face interview was tough and lasted for around 1 hour and complicated questions were asked by regional and state managers.

Entretien
Video interview vie the app, followed by in person interview on site with business managers. A few pre-prepared questions but mostly free flowing conversation. Reasonably casual interview with expected questions.
