1 in person interview where I met with the GM and we covered basic interview questions and then did a role-play of how I would greet a customer and answer a phone.

It was really informal, just go in business casual, and have your resume handy. It might be a three-step interview process with the hiring manager and the general manager. If you're hired on the spot like I was, make sure you have either your passport or two other forms of identification.

Had 2 interviews with managers and it was very straight forward and a pleasant experience. They asked general questions and when I would like to start. The whole process took about a couple weeks to get a final response.
