The interview proccess is way too long, it took over a month. Phone call screening, virtual interview, in person interview then 2-3 weeks for them to review. While competive with salary, it wasnt the right fit for me. I had a feeling the current Systems Admin was bit defensive about candidates with more expirence then themselves was implying the work load will not be balanced fairly and leveraging seniority. I chose to trust my gut and withdraw from the hiring proccess.
