A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. He sent me the job description and then we discussed the position over the phone. It was a PM position at Ericsson. As a senior project manager, I've been to quite a few interviews in my professional life and this has been by far the worst one. The recruiter tone and questions were belittling and he never tried to make any connection with me. His words were condescending and bad. I restrained myself and tried to keep a professional face despite all the bad behavior from him all along the phone call.
