Brief phone screening followed by panel interview. Standard questions that assess your background and how you work in a team environment. Starts with HR and then sales managers. I recommend being prepared to talk in detail about your resume and how your experience relate to the role.

I was contacted by HR and interviewed within 10-15 minutes where I was asked basic questions. We went over my qualifications and experience and seemed to be a good fit for the position. I was offered a second interview which was a sales mock call with one of the sales managers. I was informed that if I received a third interview that meant everything went well and I should be hired for the position. The mock sales call interview was scheduled a few days after my first interview and this took 30 minutes and went great!. The sales manager congratulated and gave great feedback saying I was very experienced and offered a third interview right away which would be a panel style interview with a few managers. At this point I was under the impression I was hired and all I had to do was meet the remaining management team and go over basic interview questions. On the third interview I was asked to meet by camera where we would all see each other since the first two interviews were conducted over the phone. This is where everything turned south quickly! I was looked at with obvious judgement once the cameras were opened, they had no interest in me and only spent 15 minutes or less interviewing me asking very un common interview questions. One of the managers kept rolling her eyes at me and was the main conductor rushing the interview with no interest where the rest of the managers feed off of her when they saw her lack of interest. I was cut off quickly by her and knew right there and then I was not hired due to reasons I believe were because of my background. I am a minority and it seems this company is not all inclusive. I was hesitant to apply due to this but figured I was well qualified for the position. If you look at their companies sight and view their employee picture you will notice there are no minorities at the work place. All my interviewers were not from a minority group as well where I confirmed on indeed. I do believe I was contacted to interview because of my name, which is American and off course of qualifications. Unfortunately many companies well interview you and once they see your complexion they automatically disqualify you. And this seemed to be the case here.

First step of the interview process was with HR. Second round was a "mock" sales call which was a little awkward, but if you stay in character and pretend you are calling an actual lead then you're fine. Final round was a panel interview with all the sales managers. Most questions were pretty generic interview questions minus a few "out of the box" questions that threw me off.
