The Interview Process began with a recruiter contacting me about the position. Once I showed an interest in the position, I was asked to fill out a general application for all AmeriCorps applicants. I was also asked to submit two references along with that application. Once the application was received, a phone interview was scheduled. This interview was filled with questions from the "50 Most Common Interview Questions". I was offered the position at the end of the phone conversation and then an email containing the acceptance letter for the position.
