After emailing my resume, I followed up with a phone call to check on the status of my application. The Director was very receptive. I then recieved an email asking to schedule a phone interview. The interview took approximately 1 hour. The interview consisted of low to high-level statistical analysis questions, specific projects worked on, and experience and views toward presenting to diverse groups. Some traditional interview questions were also asked (What would your past employer say are your best/worst traits, etc.)
