after submit the application, get a phone call, as long as the schedule works with the shift, you are in. also, you need to be able to do nine hours a week as a minimum
No interview process.
Just apply online, get contacted by HR or hiring manager, fill out availability times, and get assigned your shift hours and location. Overall a very quick process.
You have to go in to RSSP on your own time before your first shift to fill out paperwork.

Entretien
Minimal. Great for busy students who are applying to many campus jobs. They called me to ask for my availability and then had me come in person. It was very brief and not a traditional interview.
