Friendly and responsive staff; overall great people. It would help for the organization to directly state they are looking for more senior/ experienced candidates in the job description. Rather than listing the position as a more elementary internship, they should be direct about their expectations for a seasoned applicant that may already have 1-3 yrs of experience.
