I got as far as a phone screen. I was asked the usual questions, the recruiter was very nice. I was told that I would hear back as soon as the recruiter found out if my salary requirements were within in their range. I never heard back.

Phone interview with the HR manager. Very nice, personable discussion. I think they were at the start of their search or they have found another candidate to fill the roll which is why I possibly never heard back.
