Started off normally, but the process lasted four months and became highly inefficient with poor communication and lack of respect for my level from Caixa Bank.
Once Caixa Bank made it clear they wanted to make an offer, there was no proper follow up for two months and no real duty of care or respect to me as the interviewee.

Standard questions, interviews were fine. Just the vey lengthy process and poor communication from Caixa Bank.
