Interview is in French and can last up to 2 hours, mostly HR staff not wanting to get back to doing real work. HR is unprofessional and has hired English speaking individuals when French is a requirement for the position

Met with HR and branch manager. They took turns asking questions. Did a background check and credit check to expedite the hiring process (if hired). Waited two weeks, got a phone call with no explanation, no job offer. Within a few weeks, the same job posting was reposted, with French as a requirement, then a few months later it only lists French as an asset, but not required. No wonder this company has such a high turnover rate. Not getting the job was a blessing in disguise. It also pays very low compared to industry standard. Not only did I not get the job but I also took a hit on my credit.
