You will meet with the GM and you will have a casual conversation where they ask you a few behavioral questions. The GMs are very nice and are mostly just looking to see that you're a kind, smart, likeable person who seems like they can get along with others and be level-headed. Pretty standard server interview stuff.

it was very short, didn’t feel like the person interviewing me had any interest in speaking with me or getting to know me as a person. they spent a lot of time talking about themselves and their own experience with the company.
