Final interviews - mix of behavioral and technical While the screen with the HR recruiter went well, they had many candidates in the pipeline moving into the 2nd round. My application was bumped to various teams seeking a POL. I was never scheduled for a 2nd round interview though was informed of moving forward with three different teams; the positions were filled before the interviews were scheduled. The HR recruiter was very knowledgeable about each team's needs and goals, which was helpful to understand what a day in the life of the role(s) might be and what skills were required to be successful.
