The process was very long. I had a total of 7 interviews which I think was far too much. It initially started with an interview with the senior talent partner followed by someone who was already in my role at the company. I had an interview with the sales director, fund manager, director strategy & operations, 2 senior client service associates. Interviews all went well and received great feedback but received notice that position was placed on pause since there were layoffs being conducted at the firm.
