I interviewed with three different people, which were all all executive admins, including one with my manager. Each interview was 30 minutes, a total of an hour and a half, which I thought was more convenient than having three separate interviews on separate days. I also appreciated that my interviewers worked with my schedule to find a convenient time for the interview. I liked that they had a good pre-knowledge of my resume, and asked me both questions about my personality and my experience/knowledge to make sure I would be a good fit.
