Took 3 rounds of interview. In person. Said things like I was the right fit and even informed me about work location etc. Just to ghost me, not pick any of calls, and be unavailable for conversation after wasting almost 2 weeks of my time. The only reason being that they couldn't match my budget. which was already BARE MINIMUM. you can't look to hire professionals with Masters degrees without being willing to pay them a mere 30K a month. A joke of an organisation. The HR team can barely speak english, and is terrible at their work. Every penny made by this Org just goes into the pockets of all the nepotism babies sitting at the top. Done bother interviewing with them.
