I got 7 interviews: 1 with hr, 1 with hiring manager, then 5 with 5 stakeholders. Interviews vere rather easy. 1 was a trained psycholilogist with focus on personality, 1 with VP, then 3 would be coworkers. Then they picked an internal candidate.
