They made me wait 30 mins. My interview for some reason was recorded, and the 4 staff that interviewed me were out of there depth and very little experience in interviewing. The questions were more like a tick box exercise and they were disengaged making it all very difficult. The schedule was for me to meet the CIO straight after and I was looking forward to this as I wanted to get some productive conversation going on but they managed to come up with an excuse and cancelled. The feedback was that I was more Service Delivery rather than infrastructure. A Service Delivery opening came by a few months later which I applied but never got the opportunity ( that's no surprise)
It is a shame that weak management affects the company selections and opt to be comfortable in there roles and prefer not to be challenged by new talent when it should be the opposite.
