Went very well. First got a call for a interview over the phone then we setup an interview at the store. Interviewed with Management then upper Management then off to HR for the hiring process. Next day did the background check and drug test

Entretien
The screening call was good and basic questions every applicant should know. Your experience and how you fit in the role and why do you want to work at the company. They will let you know if they will pass you for the second interview rigth there.
The Second interview was also good, the hiring manager was friendly and the questions were accurate for the role.
3 rounds - first round questions were generic questions, and they asked for my availability; second round there were more questions, and they set expectations; third round was presented with an employment offer.
